Job Description
Become a valued member of the Women’s Empowerment Group as a Fundraising Call Agent! In this role, you will make outbound calls to existing and prospective donors, effectively communicating our mission and the significance of their contributions. You will confidently solicit donations and address any objections professionally, striving to meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
We seek candidates with at least an Intermediate qualification, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and prior experience in fundraising for social or health-related causes in Pakistan. Proficiency in Urdu is essential, while English skills are an advantage. A target-driven attitude and basic computer proficiency are crucial for success in this position.
