Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager at Gourmet Foods. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and implementing business plans to achieve shipment volumes and sales targets.
- Reviewing sales volume and market performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Building relationships with Key Accounts and executing effective merchandising strategies.
- Managing the distribution network and leading the sales team to achieve goals.
- Ensuring the implementation of the Annual Operating Plan through measurable KPIs.
- Providing inspirational leadership and fostering a coaching environment.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s
Experience: 12 to 15 years in the Food Industry
