Job Description
Diginet Global (Pvt) Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated Social Media Content Manager to lead and manage two teams of three content creators each. The successful candidate will ensure that daily content objectives are met, all posts align with the brand, and performance metrics are effectively monitored.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team assignments and ensure timely delivery of all tasks
- Evaluate and approve content prior to publication
- Uphold creative excellence across all social media posts
- Utilize Airtable to monitor team output
- Identify and adapt successful content for future use
- Guide the team on standard operating procedures and resolve challenges
- Provide weekly performance updates to the Project Manager
- Ensure content aligns with platform objectives
