Job Description
Lemacon is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Female Business Development Manager to enhance our team. The successful applicant will be tasked with generating business leads through calls, onboarding new clients, and maintaining quality assurance throughout the client engagement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through proactive cold calling and outreach.
- Onboard clients and cultivate strong relationships.
- Participate in online and offline business meetings.
- Assess client needs to propose suitable solutions.
