Job Description

Grand City is actively looking for a highly disciplined and skilled individual to oversee our Administration and Security departments. The preferred candidate will be a retired Army Officer (Major or above) with a proven track record in leadership and managing extensive real estate or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct administrative operations at both office and project sites.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies while facilitating seamless daily operations.
  • Supervise security teams and maintain effective perimeter security.
  • Oversee compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Retired Army Officer (Major or higher) with over 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and crisis management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month

Work Location: In person
