Job Description
M I Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join our team in Faisalabad. This is a full-time position open exclusively to male candidates residing in Faisalabad.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Key skills include payroll management, grievance handling, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and writing job descriptions.
Proficiency in software such as In Page, ERP, and advanced Excel is required. Essential qualities include strong HR knowledge, effective communication, confidentiality, multitasking abilities, professionalism, and adaptability.
