Job Description
Sonitech (SMC-Private) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Outbound Call Center Representative and Social Media Handler for an Australian-based company project with over nine years of established business.
Working Hours: 6 AM to 3 PM (PST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to engage potential customers.
- Managing inquiries across various social media platforms.
- Effectively maintaining CRM records.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- A minimum of two years of outbound call center experience is required.
- Familiarity with social media and CRM tools is preferred.
Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
