Job Description
Ihsan Sons Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a meticulous Assistant Manager – Compliance to oversee our adherence to regulatory standards. In this role, you will monitor compliance with relevant policies and regulations, conduct audits to identify gaps, maintain compliance documentation, assist in staff training on compliance procedures, and resolve compliance issues to enhance operational processes.
Key Requirements: Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in compliance or a related field, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent communication and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and compliance tools, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. Compliance certifications are preferred.
Position Details: Full-time | Salary: Rs75,00.00 – Rs85,00.00 per month
