Job Description
South Punjab Hospital, a prominent healthcare facility located in Multan, is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Call Operator. This position is essential as you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and the public, handling both incoming and outgoing calls with efficiency and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include answering calls, providing accurate information, redirecting calls, managing records, assisting with appointment scheduling, and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Prior experience in healthcare or customer service will be advantageous. Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English are mandatory.
