Shams & Brothers is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the textile, fashion, or e-commerce industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee delivery coordination, manage customer inquiries, update sales and inventory records, and enhance brand engagement.
Requirements: Outstanding communication skills in English and Urdu, proficiency in MS Excel and digital communication platforms, and a strong customer-centric approach.
