Job Description
Location: Bahawalpur, Pakistan (Residents Only)
Shift Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM
Ultimate Outsourcing LDT is urgently looking for a dedicated Recruiter – Outsourcing Research Specialist. The successful candidate will excel in sourcing exceptional talent and demonstrate a collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn and UK job boards.
- Develop effective search strings.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Engage in data mining and lead generation activities.
- Exhibit excellent command of the English language.
- Possess strong skills in Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Previous recruiting experience is preferred.
Salary: Rs 22,00.00 – Rs 25,00.00 per month
