Job Description
Location: Onsite – Karachi, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years
H3 Technologies is seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as a QA & Technical Lead. This role involves testing software products and delivering exceptional technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing
- Document and track bugs
- Provide assistance to clients via chat, email, or phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in QA or technical support
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Shopify or WordPress is advantageous
Compensation: Starting at Rs30,00.00 per month
