Job Description
SmartTalent is seeking a dedicated AWS Cloud Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver first-level support for AWS cloud services and address infrastructure-related issues.
Your key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS, and efficiently responding to support tickets.
Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of Rs150,00. Additionally, you will participate in an on-call rotation and work closely with our engineering teams.
