Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is actively seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager of Human Resources to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining precise employee records, ensuring timely registration with the Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) and Social Security, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key duties include facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, assisting with payroll by supplying necessary information, and coordinating with government entities for inspections and audits. Additionally, the role involves addressing employee inquiries, managing HR documentation, and organizing activities focused on employee welfare.
