Job Description
Attention: Please read carefully before applying. This is an onsite position; remote work is not permitted. The working hours are from 6 PM to 3 AM, located in Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Arfa Tech is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to assist in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and previous customer support experience.
