ABS International is seeking a dedicated Call Center Compliance Officer to join our team during the night shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with legal standards. Key responsibilities include developing compliance policies, implementing risk mitigation strategies through monitoring and audits, as well as conducting PCI DSS and GDPR compliance audits.
Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in call center compliance, familiarity with BPO regulatory frameworks, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts are essential.
