Devisers Immigration Advisers is a prominent UK-based immigration law firm with a robust international presence. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist for our Karachi office, conveniently located on Tariq Road.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism.
- Handle incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Update and maintain records using CRM software.
- Create detailed Excel reports.
- Coordinate appointments and manage staff calendars.
- Provide essential administrative support to team members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adherence to formal dress code during office hours.
