Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources operations at Three Percent | Core Hub. This full-time position requires a night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR management combined with exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce HR policies while managing the recruitment process.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
- Track attendance and evaluate employee performance.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and promote our company culture.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years in HR management, at least 1 year in BPO, comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
