Job Description
Objective: Oversee solar installation teams to ensure optimal progress and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site assessments and inspections.
- Monitor daily progress on-site.
- Implement and uphold quality control measures.
- Manage tools and procurement of materials.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Coordinate support efforts with customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and exceptional communication skills.
- Technical education in electrical or renewable energy fields.
Education: DAE / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in solar installation and supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
