Job Description
La He Trading International Pvt Ltd – YJ Future Electric Vehicles is on the lookout for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee our electric scooter assembly operations. With more than 20 years in the industry, we are dedicated to delivering quality products throughout Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
– Manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency.
– Oversee scheduling, quality control, and workforce management.
– Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance.
– Collaborate with teams to enhance production processes.
– Mentor and develop plant staff to drive performance.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of plant management experience in manufacturing.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Proficient in production planning and quality assurance.

Compensation: Starting at Rs60,00.00 per month
