Job Description
S. Zia-Ul-Haq & Sons (Pvt.) Ltd is currently seeking a committed Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our F&B operations in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and training staff, creating diverse and appealing menus, managing inventory effectively, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to health regulations. Furthermore, you will monitor expenses and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Skills and Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is preferred, along with 4-5 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills are essential for this role.
Compensation: The monthly salary ranges from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00, plus benefits.
