Job Description
The Progressive Education Network is looking for a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to oversee the design, implementation, and management of systems that assess program performance and impact. This position requires providing technical support to program teams, performing data analysis, and creating high-quality reports to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks and processes.
- Collect and analyze data using surveys and program reports.
- Conduct monitoring visits and evaluations.
- Prepare regular reports to provide program insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance M&E systems.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in M&E.
