Job Description
Provox Global Solutions is excited to announce an opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple departments to accurately verify and document transactions while addressing any discrepancies in accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments through ACH, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Manage invoice accounts and provide monthly summaries of receivables.
- Collaborate with the collections department to resolve outstanding issues.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications: The candidate should possess strong communication skills, keen listening abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with NetSuite and invoicing processes is preferred. A bachelor’s degree is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time, on-site in Islamabad, from 6 PM to 3 AM. Application Deadline: August 21, 2025.
