Job Description
Firm Tech Services is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Chat Support Officers to join our team at our Gulberg Lahore office. We have openings for morning, evening, and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Assess customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific features.
- Monitor and address customer complaints on social media, coordinating with appropriate departments.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in Chat Support or a related field is advantageous.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
Location: In-person at our Gulberg Lahore office
