Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Operations Manager to oversee our surveillance and security monitoring operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in managing CCTV teams and remote surveillance systems within US-based retail or commercial environments.
Key responsibilities encompass leading a team of CCTV operators, managing daily operations, ensuring prompt detection of security incidents, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and collaborating effectively with clients. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, is required.
