Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Key Account Executive to manage daily CRM operations across various e-commerce platforms. This role involves overseeing order processing, coordinating shipping, tracking inventory, and handling returns. The ideal candidate must excel in communication with customers and courier services while ensuring accurate updates to our internal reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing orders from multiple sales platforms.
- Creating and printing shipping labels via courier portals.
- Tracking shipments and providing timely status updates.
- Resolving delivery issues with customers.
- Filing online claims for any shipment discrepancies.
