Job Description
Ezify SMC Private Limited is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics team. In this critical role, you will coordinate and dispatch drivers, ensuring the prompt and efficient delivery of goods while fostering excellent communication among customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers in accordance with customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Utilize dispatch software to monitor real-time routes and provide timely updates to drivers.
- Keep precise records of logs, reports, and delivery times.
- Quickly resolve operational issues and maintain communication with customers.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required, with 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in dispatch software are essential.
