Job Description
COTHM is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual for the position of Head of Department in Hospitality Management. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Hotel Management, along with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Applicants should have a comprehensive understanding of front office operations, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and guest relations. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills are critical for success in this role. As the department head, you will lead a team and deliver professional training to uphold academic and operational excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs175,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
