Job Description
Job Purpose: The Accounts Receivable Trainee (MTO) role is designed for individuals seeking to enhance their skills in receivables operations, cash flow optimization, and customer relationship management. Successful candidates will receive in-depth training in invoicing, collections, credit management, and accounts receivable automation, along with opportunities to rotate through various finance functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute accurate invoices using ERP systems.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor aging accounts and follow up with customers on overdue payments.
- Accurately apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile received funds.
- Assess customer creditworthiness and maintain up-to-date customer records.
Skills Required: Candidates should possess strong analytical, accounting, and organizational skills to efficiently support financial operations.
Position Qualifications: Ideal candidates will hold an ACCA Part Qualification, MBA, M.Com, BBA, CA Inter, or ACMA Inter.
