Job Description
Link HR Consultants is searching for a dedicated and empathetic nurse to deliver essential home nursing services for a patient. This position requires either full-time or part-time care in a home environment, ensuring that the patient receives comprehensive medical and personal support with the utmost dignity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily nursing care and companionship
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
- Support feeding and maintain a clean, safe living environment
- Communicate with the patient’s family regarding care
- Document all care provided
Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Certified Nursing Diploma and have 1-2 years of experience. Reliability and the ability to work independently are essential.
