Job Type: Full-Time (12 Hours)
Mash Holdings Group of Companies is on the lookout for a highly organized and customer-centric Limousine Coordinator. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, coordinate with drivers, and ensure efficient transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and booking requests through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assign bookings to drivers for prompt pickups and drop-offs.
- Track vehicle movements and provide real-time updates to customers.
- Resolve service-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Previous experience in customer service is desirable. Candidates must possess strong English communication skills and be proficient in booking software.
