Job Description
HRMD Management, LLC is currently seeking a committed Letter of Protection (LOP) Specialist. This position is responsible for managing the complete process for patients referred under LOP, ensuring adherence to both legal and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison among attorneys, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Analyze patient referrals and accompanying documentation.
- Guarantee compliance with applicable legal regulations.
- Address email inquiries concerning LOP patients.
- Track treatment progress and coordinate appointment schedules.
Requirements:
- Background in Verification, Prior Authorization, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding communication abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and interpreting physician notes.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift: 6 pm – 2 am
Salary: $75,00.00 – $100,00.00 per month
