Job Description
CRPI is actively searching for a committed Accounts & Inventory Officer to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our product catalog. This role involves managing article numbers, pricing, stock purchases, and other pertinent information. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Excel proficiency and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive product records, including article codes, prices, and vendor details.
- Update and track purchase data, encompassing supplier invoices and payments.
- Support inventory reconciliation and monitor cost tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
