Job Description
Tangent Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide excellent customer service by:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to provide timely resolutions.
- Building rapport with customers and maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and continuously developing product knowledge.
