Job Description
Fatima Memorial Hospital, located in Lahore, is currently looking for a skilled Purchase Officer. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement of medicines and surgical disposables.
- Assist the Purchase Manager.
- Conduct price checks and obtain necessary approvals.
- Serve as a liaison between the purchasing team and management.
- Maintain accurate records within the purchasing section.
- Gather quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare comparative analysis statements.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Supervise the department in the absence of the Purchase Manager.
- Review and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
