Job Description
The Fit Day Club is seeking energetic and motivated Call Center Agents for our US-based outbound campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for making cold calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating valuable leads over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
- Effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Consistently meet performance targets.
- Handle objections with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Confident in making cold calls.
- At least 1 year of call center experience (required).
- Able to work night shifts.
Compensation: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
