Job Description
Mughalia Food Pvt Ltd, located in Lahore, is actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused Order Taker to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders both over the phone and in person, confirming order details, coordinating with the kitchen and dispatch teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently
- Verify order accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and delivery personnel
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate education
- Previous experience in order taking is preferred
- Strong communication skills
