Job Description
Eastern Scientific Corporation (Pvt) Limited is seeking a highly qualified General Manager of Laboratory to lead our lab operations. This pivotal role will focus on driving business development, ensuring quality assurance, and managing procurement processes. Additionally, the General Manager will address customer complaints, plan staffing needs, and oversee the training and development of our team.
The ideal candidate should possess 8-10+ years of experience in laboratory operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or senior management capacity. A Master’s degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, Food Technology, or a related field is required. Proficiency in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning is essential for success in this position.
