Job Description
Digilaxy is seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to deliver technical support throughout the organization, ensuring seamless operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, optimizing network performance, and ensuring reliable internet connectivity.
Key responsibilities include maintaining an updated inventory of company laptops, overseeing repairs, and installing and configuring software for the Design Team. You will also facilitate new user onboarding, troubleshoot devices, and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person.
