Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is actively looking for a motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, hold a degree or equivalent education, and be fluent in Urdu and proficient in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
- Confirm orders and provide status updates to customers.
- Generate sales and promote our products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
