Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to oversee the management of daily wage workers at our project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking attendance, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and assisting site supervisors in effective workforce planning. Candidates with experience in labor management and documentation coordination are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records and headcounts.
- Process daily wages and overtime payments promptly.
- Collaborate with supervisors on workforce planning initiatives.
- Verify CNICs and manage employee documentation.
- Prepare and share HR reports with the Head Office.
- Address employee grievances and maintain discipline at the site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR.
- 2–3 years of HR experience on-site.
- Understanding of labor laws and strong record-keeping skills.
