Job Description
The Skin Xperts is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, confirm orders, and drive sales through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, educational qualifications at the intermediate or graduate level, fluency in Urdu, and a working knowledge of English at a mid-level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Address customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Confirm customer orders and provide updates.
- Drive sales and promote our products effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Position Requirements:
- Intermediate or graduate educational background.
- Fluency in Urdu and mid-level proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work well under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
