Job Description
92Techno is seeking a highly skilled Senior IBM i (AS/400) Systems Engineer to oversee IBM iSeries systems and related infrastructure tasks. This role requires a deep understanding of OS/400, DB2, and security measures.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of OS/400, DB2, and security protocols.
- Proven experience with Cumulative and HIPER PTF installations.
- Expertise in OS, VIOS, Power firmware, and HMC upgrades.
- Proficient in troubleshooting ACS client issues on both Windows and Mac platforms.
- Experience with RPG change management and Aldon LMi software.
- Familiarity with IBM Global Mirror and FlashCopy tools.
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
- 7+ years of iSeries system administration experience.
