Job Description
Job Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist is vital for designing, implementing, and overseeing M&E systems to effectively assess program performance, progress, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive M&E systems.
- Gather and analyze data from diverse sources.
- Conduct monitoring visits and evaluations.
- Create high-quality reports based on findings.
- Offer technical assistance on M&E matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
- Identify and recommend areas for program improvement.
- Oversee and manage M&E budgets.
Requirements: A Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in M&E are required.
