Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
✅ Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service
✅ Ensure adherence to food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
✅ Manage inventory, supplies, and implement cost-control measures
✅ Address customer feedback and resolve any issues
✅ Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
✅ Drive sales growth and profitability through performance targets.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in fast food or restaurant management.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
