Job Description
At The Medicator’s, we value commitment, teamwork, and excellence in our operations. We are currently on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to oversee claims management and ensure compliance within our healthcare services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Submitting and tracking claims to insurance providers for timely processing.
- Investigating and resolving claim denials in collaboration with internal teams.
- Accurately posting payments and reconciling discrepancies in accounts.
- Following up on unpaid claims to ensure prompt resolution.
- Preparing AR reports to monitor outstanding balances and identify areas for improvement.
Required skills: Strong communication skills in English, excellent computer proficiency, and preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience.
