Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a tech-savvy Dialer Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of our outbound calls. Join our sales team and play a crucial role in meeting our daily objectives.
Position: Dialer Assistant
Shift: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PST) | Night (On-site)
Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of dialer systems supporting sales operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to dialer performance and VoIP.
- Generate reports on campaign metrics and productivity.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience with dialer systems, a solid understanding of VoIP, and strong communication skills.
