Job Description
Hard Stone Enterprises is actively seeking Customer Service Representatives who are US citizens. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, making modifications, and escalating complaints through multiple channels.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Paid training will be provided.
- Must be available for Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM US Time).
- Opportunities for salary increases of up to 30% after the probation period based on performance.
