Job Description
Join the vibrant team at Fresh Basket as a Floor Supervisor! This pivotal role involves overseeing staff management, product presentation, inventory oversight, exceptional customer service, and ensuring top-tier operational standards.
Ideal candidates will possess prior retail management experience, preferably within the grocery or produce sector, along with strong leadership and organizational abilities. A solid understanding of fresh produce and proficiency in inventory management systems are essential. Flexibility to accommodate various shifts is also required.
