Job Description
Apace Sol, a prominent US-based company with over 30 years of experience in Chicago, is currently looking for a committed Senior Human Resource Generalist to join our Night Shift team (on-site).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Utilize recruitment and attendance management software efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous employee records.
- Draft vital HR documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Implement HR policies and initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement activities to enhance morale.
